To use our new video conferencing appointment system you will need to download the following app for Microsoft Teams to your smart phone by clicking this link https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads

Once you have downloaded the app follow the steps below to join the video meeting

  1. Reception staff will send you an email to the provided email address with your appointment details.

  2. You will need to download the above app but you will not need to create an account.

  3. At the appointment time, open the email from reception, click 'Join Microsoft Teams Meeting' underlined at the bottom of the email, and simply join the meeting as a guest.
